Feliz Pascua!! Happy Easter

Today was a wonderful day. I celebrated Easter with my roommate and we went to Grace (a Korean Church that my students from my school go to) it was interesting to see how Korean and English were incorporated into the service. Oh and did I tell you how good the food was?
Anywho, I got off from spring break about a week and a half ago, and now I have only 5-6 weeks of school left. ~YIKES!~ So in order to keep my self motivated, I've been trying to keep my mind, body and soul clean and healthy by running and meditating (reading the Lord's word) and get keeping a positive attitude on things.

Start of a new semester!!

Hey all!

Interim ended a couple of weeks ago and my Spring semester began about two weeks ago!! Interim was really chill and I really enjoyed it. I got to go to Chicago and New York which was really fun and relaxing ~~ On another not it feels like I've been in school for about a month already! This semester I'm taking spanish, psych stats, chem and microbio in addition to work part time and working as treasure for our on campus org- Democracy Matters and possibly teaching ESL for spanish. Although I am busier than last semester, I am definitely more focused on doing well in my studies and just doing my best all around; whether it's in my course work or relationships with others. My new's year resolution is to give 110% in everything I do. What's yours?
On another note, I'm in the process of applying and interviewing for the RA process at my school (I'm actually really excited about it because I feel that I'm the type of candidate that they are looking for). I'm also looking for some health-related jobs back in my home of NC. I'll let y'all know how that process goes.

I'm on that Medical School hustle...

So, I'll be brief. I am a second year pre-med student.
I've been working like crazy this semester and currently I am almost finished with my finals. So far two of the four have kicked my ass. It's day four of five and I've slept a total of 24hrs split between those four days and it looks like I won't be sleeping tonight either... Chemistry requires and all-nighter to redeem my grade.
My advice to aspiring pre--med students. Always work ahead and plan on committing time to having a relationship with your studies because it will come to bite you in the ass. What ever free time you have, spend it wisely, because you'll need all the time you can get. Also, plan on becoming and insomniac; it's inevitable :)

Anyways, wish me the best of luck as I try to conquer my chemistry final and own it!
